The Cancun Essentials Pass includes three entries. You take one from the first group, which holds the excursions: a full day to Chichén Itzá with a cenote, Valladolid and lunch, a half day with ATV, zipline and cenote including transport, the dolphin experience at Playa Maroma with a beach club, the Royal Garrafon Natural Reef Park on Isla Mujeres or the Columbus Dinner Cruise in the evening.
The other two entries come from the second group. It includes Skyrider Parasailing, the Jungle Tour with speedboat and snorkelling, a sunrise paddle or kayak tour, the Coco Bongo Beach Party, the open bar at Congo Bar and shorter stops such as the Interactive Aquarium, the Sky Wheel and Ripley's Believe It or Not.
There is no Explorer Pass in Cancun. Besides the Essentials Pass, Go City only sells the All-Inclusive Pass from two days and its Plus version. The Essentials Pass is valid for 30 days from the first scan, and you can return it to Go City free of charge for up to 90 days after purchase, as long as it is unused.
Chichén Itzá, the ATV tour, the dolphin experience and the sunrise paddle tour only work with a time slot reserved in the Go City App. Go City also recommends booking the dinner cruise, Isla Mujeres and the Jungle Tour.

Tick what you want to visit. The calculator shows what the same entries would cost if bought separately.
You book with Go City and receive a confirmation by email.
Download the Go City App, enter your confirmation code, and the pass is on your phone. Setting it up does not activate it yet.
You need a set time for: ATV, Zipline & Cenote Half Day with Transportation, Full Day: Chichen Itza, Cenote, Valladolid & Lunch, Dolphin Encounter in Playa Maroma + Beach Club access, Sunrise Wildlife Stand-Up Paddleboard or Kayak Tour. You book it in the app at no extra cost.
Your first scan starts the 30 days of validity.
Go City sells several passes in this city. The Essentials Pass is the smallest of them.

The pass only pays off through one big item. If you take the dinner cruise, the dolphin experience or Isla Mujeres from the first group plus two short stops such as Ripley's, the Interactive Aquarium or the Sky Wheel, you pay less with separate tickets. If you plan activities on two days in a row, compare the All-Inclusive Pass, and if you want to go to Xcaret, you need the Plus version.
It runs for 30 days from your first visit. Buying it and setting it up in the app does not start the clock, so you can buy it before your trip.
Yes, with Go City within 90 days of purchase, as long as you have not used the pass. After the first scan there is no refund.
The day trip to Chichén Itzá with a cenote and Valladolid is the most expensive item, followed by the half-day ATV and zipline tour. The dinner cruise, the dolphins and Isla Mujeres cost less on their own. The calculator above shows your combination.
Transport is only in the name of the ATV, zipline and cenote tour. For all other sights, read the Go City description before reserving.
No. At Go City, Xcaret is only in the All-Inclusive Pass Plus, together with the Scenic Tower.
Children aged 5 to 11 get their own, cheaper pass; from 12 the adult price applies. Go City lists no child price for the dinner cruise, the Coco Bongo Beach Party and Congo Bar, so plan those for adults.
Go City only lists Cancun in English and Spanish. The tour names here are the English ones, as you will find them in the app.
Not with this pass; you get exactly one from the first group. If you want Chichén Itzá and Isla Mujeres, take the All-Inclusive Pass or buy the second excursion separately.
Choose between Chichén Itzá, the ATV tour, the dolphins, Isla Mujeres and the dinner cruise, and reserve that slot first. The two sights from the second group usually fit into the days in between.
